Giveaway Rules

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the giveaway, individuals must fill out the giveaway entry form including name and email before August 31^st, 2022 at 11:59 PM. Only one entry is allowed per participant. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Wittwer Hospitality. Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method are ineligible. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Wittwer Hospitality. The emails collected in entry will be added to a mailing list.

LIMITS TO ENTRY:
Entrants are limited to a single entry.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:
All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. A random generator will select the winner on September 1^st, 2022. Winners will be notified by email within 72 hours following the random selection. A certificate for the two (2) night hotel stay and $50 gas gift card will be sent to the winner via USPS first class mail.

Non-Winner Notification:

Non-winning entries will not be notified.

PRIZES AND CONDITIONS:

GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING ALL PRIZES:
Terms and conditions of gift cards, tickets and coupons apply. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Wittwer Hospitality, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Wittwer Hospitality.

Prize awarded includes a two (2) night stay in a suite at any Wittwer Hospitality Property and a $50 gas gift card that is eligible at any Terrible’s or Chevron location. The winner must book before December 31^st, 2022. Some blackout dates apply.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Wittwer Hospitality is not responsible for the resale of rewarded prize. Wittwer Hospitality reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Wittwer Hospitality’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Wittwer Hospitality in their sole discretion. In such event, Wittwer Hospitality reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Wittwer Hospitality reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Wittwer Hospitality reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Wittwer Hospitality’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

RELEASE:
By participating in the promotion and/or receipt of any prize, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wittwer Hospitality and any promotional partners, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim, or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the promotion or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the promotion, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.

ELIGIBILITY:
The promotion is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding New York and Rhode Island) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in New York and Rhode Island and where prohibited by law. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Wittwer Hospitality’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Wittwer Hospitality’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

No purchase necessary: sweepstakes open to residents of the United States of America who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to abide by the sweepstakes rules.

Winners agree that Wittwer Hospitality and all of their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winner, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize, or participation in this sweepstakes. Wittwer Hospitality reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Wittwer Hospitality corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes.

Internet: If for any reason the internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Wittwer Hospitality that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Wittwer Hospitality reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Wittwer Hospitality assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Wittwer Hospitality is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software, or failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Wittwer Hospitality because of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. Shared data: Wittwer Hospitality may share data, including emails, collected through giveaways, sweepstakes and coupons with our divisions, subsidiaries and affiliated companies. This will only apply to users who choose to participate in such giveaways. Emails collected will be added to a mailing list.

We respect the privacy of every member who visits the website. We will not collect any personally-identifiable information (personal data) about you (e.g. your name, address, telephone number etc.) through the website or participating site unless you have provided it to us voluntarily.
