Open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The large pool and hot tub are heated year-round. Pool towels can be located at the main pool entrance. Please return soiled pool towels to the pool area towel bins.

WI-FI INFORMATION

Our Wi-Fi equipment was upgraded recently, along with dedicated fiber. IF you have a poor connection, please refer to the technical support phone number located on the desk. A trained support technician will help establish a satisfactory connection and the service is available 24 hours. Please refer to the key card envelope for the Wi-Fi login information.

TELEVISION INFORMATION

Updated with DIRECTV’s aep system, you have access to stream on-demand movies, the Showtime app, and the Hallmark app for free. Netflix is available for free, but you must use your personal login. Login credentials are automatically reset every 24 hours.

Carbon Monoxide is a colorless, odorless, poisonous gas, and exposure can be fatal. Your Room is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector.

Symptoms of carbon monoxide exposure may include:

  • Headache
  • Fatigue
  • Weakness
  • Nausea
  • Shortness of breath
  • Confusion
  • Vomiting
  • Blurred vision
  • Dizziness
  • Loss of muscle coordination
  • Collapse
  • Loss of consciousness1

What to do if a carbon monoxide alarm is sounding or if you experience any symptoms of carbon monoxide exposure:

  • Never ignore a carbon monoxide alarm that is sounding.
  • Immediately move outside to fresh air.
  • Advise the hotel front desk.
  • Call 911, emergency services, or the fire department.
  • Do a head count to check that all people in your party are accounted for.
  • Do not reenter the premises until the emergency services responders have given you permission.2
